The group helps participants build consistent rhythms around sleep, activity, meals, and social connection—factors that strongly influence mood, especially during seasonal changes.

Skills-focused group therapy for mood disorders

The Recovery Management Group is designed for people with bipolar disorder or recurrent major depressive disorder. The group focuses on cognitive (thinking) and behavioral skills for managing symptoms, preventing relapse, and building sustainable strategies for long-term mental health. The structure is supportive and practical, with an emphasis on real-world application.

Affirming, supportive group therapy for LGBTQ+ people

This group offers a supportive space for LGBTQ+ adults to explore identity, relationships, stress, and mental health in an affirming environment. The group emphasizes connection, shared experience, and reflection, with guidance from a licensed clinician. The group does not use a formal structure so that the discussion emerges from the experiences and priorities of group participants.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one, evidence-informed therapy

Individual, 45-50 minute therapy sessions are offered on a time-limited basis and focus on helping people work toward specific goals using evidence-informed treatments  for mood, anxiety, and trauma related problems. Sessions are structured, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, with progress monitored over time. Availability is limited, and recommendations for individual therapy are made based on assessment findings and clinical need.
